My sky tv isnt working, im getting a blank blue screen with a message saying 'the content you have selected cannot be played on this device'? What is wrong?

Hi yes sky Q and just the normal tv channels? For example I will select a channel and it will show me a blank blue screen with the comment?

@TJ108 that message tends to be diplayed if you are trying to watch something that is in UHD format on a mini box. Mini boxes can only display a max of HD so you would need to download or record in HD for a mini box
