Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

It says due to a technical issue your download couldn't be completed

With a failed download cancel it, then make sure the download isn't sat in the 'deleted folder'. If it is delete it from there as well before trying again.

I've pulled out the power lead and reset the box , everything is back to normal.
