I received a sky q card in post but I do not have broadband. And I don't have the remote to go with it. Can I request a home visit from a sky engineer

Hi @HelenGormley I'm sorry, but that makes no sense. Did you mean Sky Q box, not a card? I'm not sure where broadband fits in with any of it.
