My sky Q box conexts, but will not connect to my mini box. It was ok with my old router, also my Sonos system will no load. It keeps shutting the internet down on my phone until I reconnect.

hi @DT6693

SKY Q treats the newer SKY Hubs as 3rd party hubs and thus will not connect directly to them - instead it connects to a wifi signal generated by your SKY Q main box

It might be best posting a separate question regarding your Sonos system & the hub in the boradband group

Tried most things. It started to work on sky Q box and mini box, but after a few minutes theini box went down. Yesterday the Q box went down and wouldn't reboot. Managed to connect my phone ,and had a good signal in the house and even at the bottom of the garden. Have ordered a wi-fi booster. We see what happens when that arrives. Got job I've still got my outside dish.
