Home move not submitting

Been trying since last night to arrange a home move keeps timing out & giving an error. Tried on phone & laptop same thing so clearly an issue at sky end. Very frustrating & have enough to deal with moving without a simple task becoming a chore

If it's still the same in the morning call Sky and arrange it through an agent.

Not really got time to phone up hence why was wanting to do online. Seems I am not the only one having this issue looking across social platforms.

Sky should really be better at maintaining there own website
