Replacement Sky remote

The replacement sky remote they sent out was broken when it arrived like the plastic was cracked and buttons didn't work tried getting replacement but they are not interested renewed contract since it broke and they're still not interested in replacing it

If they are adamant they aren't supplying you with another free replacement it sounds like you'll need to purchase one from a main supermarket or retailer.

If you are subject to a minimum term then you cannot cancel.

Best approach would be to raise a complaint.

The Sky app includes a virtual remote.
