@Software Try using your TV's remote? Perhaps update the software on your actual TV, read the TV user manual for help?. It has nothing to do with your Sky Q box

I don't have the remote for tv , experts here said to go to settings then download says software being updated then I get message on screen

If the message is being generated by your TV then you have no option other than to buy a remote for the TV...
