Sky Q box lost

I have recently been in a care home because I needed to recover from Lymphodema. While I was away from home the housing executive came and cleaned my house and through out some stuff including my Sky Q box. I still have the broadband router but can't watch TV without the Sky Q box. How do I get a new one?

You will need to contact Sky, but be aware they will charge you for the missing box.

A charge I would hope be immediately paid by the people who stole the SkyQ box without the customer's permission. It sounds awful.
