Poor connectivity - no sky Q mini

New to Sky BB. Moved from Truespeed. Really poor with Sky - riddled with problems. Almost daily issues with connectivity issues trying to connect with Q box upstairs.

Wifi devices connect regularly.

cant believe how bad it is after a month.

Hi @Chalk1000 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, do the same with any Mini boxes?

If you are still having WiFi connection problems you may need a SKY Wifi booster situated between the main SKYQ box and any Mini boxes, the booster is usually free from SKY, but you will need to call and talk to an advisor to get one.

Booster installed last week and sky gone down already

Is that a SKY Q booster or a SKY Boradband booster ?

You may need to be aware that SKY Q treats newer SKY Routers (wifi Max & maybe others ) as Thirdparty routers and does not connect to the wifi from them but to a wifi generated by the main box - thus any booster needs to be a SKY Q specific booster
