You cannot pause or rewind this programme

On both TVs (sky q) when trying to pause, rewind etc on any channel 4/E4 programmes I get the above message. I have shut down each TV, followed all suggestions of doing an engineer system reset and still no change. Does anyone else have this issue or a suggestion of how to fix it?
