Will sky move the dish if trees have started blocking the signal. TNT is terrible and normal channels have started to glitch

Providing there's a suitable alternative spot for it the short answer is…

Sky Q - Yes and will charge about £65

Sky+ - No. Sky no longer support Sky+ set ups

So you need to contact Sky to arrange that. It will obviously be down to the engineer to establish that any alternative location is suitable

Hi @Cghhbffhj Depends on height. Sky standard installers would only consider 1st floor. It is worth mentioning while booking if a special heights team is required.
