New Sky viewing card not working

I have a new SkyQ box and Sky viewing card and keep getting this error message- Your viewing card is no longer active. If you have requested a replacement viewing card, please insert your new viewing card as soon as it arrives

I have pared the card and connected to WiFi. Rebooted several times- still not working

The installer should have had it working before they left.

I think some old Sky cards do not work in SkyQ boxes.

Have you done the card pairing? It is in the Services -> Setup menu.

the card pairing will not work with that card, he need s an new card, i had that Problem as well.

I got a new one, and that was working and could paired.

We can't because this is primarily a customer to customer help forum. We have no idea who you are or where you live.

If you need a new viewing card then you need to call Sky.
