topic Engineer visit in Sky Q

Engineer visit

I need an engineer to visit to resolve my inability to access Sky.

I switch on the LG control to access the main page and see 'Home Hub', then click 'Home Hub'. Once I click 'Home Hub', I have a numbr of options. One of which should be to click on:

Sky Q (London) Set-Top Box

However, this is now not available. Hence, the need for an engineer to visit to resolve this.

You've posted on the Sky Glass board but it sounds like you have an LG TV with some other kind of Sky box attached to it.

Sky Glass does not have any engineer support.

Whay Sky service do you have? Sky Q?

Hi @Marie12 Sorry, you are only asking other customers, not Sky. You will need to contact them to arrange a visit.
