Sky Q mini box connection

My mini box constantly disconnects from my main box and internet, it mainly happens at night, the main box doesn't have sleep mode activated other boxes don't seem to have this problem, tried all the resets , but still no joy, I assume it is the box, but don't want a engineer to call as would need to take time off work, will Sky replace box? Any advice would be helpful, but like I said tried all the normal solutions. Thanks
