If you're carrying out a speed test on a device connected by wifi the result will be lower and depending on conditons within your home, may be significantly lower.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try restarting both your Sky Q box and your broadband Hub by switching them both off at the plug for 30 seconds or so. Let your Hub restart first, and wait until you have a connection on other devices, before turning your Sky Q box back on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My broadband has unconnected from my sky q tv box and will not reconnect. Broadband is very poor with speeds actually less than what your broadband checker is saying as the current speed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
