Disney Plus Error code 50

I recently activated my Disney plus subscription via the MySky app. When I try to log into Disney plus, I scan the QR code, which launches the Disney plus website to log into. I log in successfully, but the app gives a ' Something went wrong error code 50'.

I've tried refreshing the app, restarting the sky q box, etc, but no joy.

can anyone help?

If it helps others, I managed to resolve this. It seems that refreshing the apps on the SkyQ box doesn't log the applications out.

I logged out of the app via the Disney+ screen, then logged in again from scratch and all worked as planned.
