&lt;P&gt;Is it possible you've been signed up to Sky Stream?&amp;nbsp; Is the new box a Small Square one rather than a large rectangular one?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Does the new box still use the 2 satellite cables?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Because my original box went faulty and SKY sent me another box to replace the original one that was faulty and this so called new box is actually made the problem 100% worse.....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you have to reset the box everytime you go to watch TV, it not my idea of viewing my SKY subscription. &lt;P&gt;Perhaps worth noting there are no 'new' Q boxes: the last model was released in 2019 and the platform is approaching end-of-life.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you were unlucky enough to receive a faulty refurbished unit as a replacement to the original then that will need to be swapped out in the same way.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
