    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are seeing an error about entering the wrong Wifi password then make sure you are not getting a 1 and l or a 0 and O muddled as it is quite easy to do this. It must also be entered as shown on the hub itself so use upper case letting if required.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Other than that have you tried the WPS option:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Go to Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.&lt;BR /&gt;Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.&lt;BR /&gt;On Sky broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You have 2 minutes after carrying out the Network to press WPS button on the router.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had a new hub fitted today for WiFi by sky. The internet is not connecting to sky and I have no mini boxes working. I have switched to new WiFi but when I put the password in it says wrong password. I know it's the right password as it's connected to WiFi on phone I iPad with the same password&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
