New sky box required

I need a new main sky box. One I currently have is probably 10 years old and repeatedly fails despite trying all the tips in you help . Ultimately it is just too old now.

Click on need more help at the end and you should be able to order a replacement box. Remember to take your viewing card out before swapping boxes and power cables.

@phil553 Also you need to be aware that it is VERY unlikely that you'll get a brand new Sky Q receiver as they are no longer manufactured; they will most probably send you a refurbished one.

Q was launched in early 2016: the final hardware version is from late 2019.
