Hi, My sky Q box needs frequent resetting, because it either fails to respond to commands, or on opening apps like youtube the video wiil not play but the tv programme audio is still playing, switch back to tv and just sound no picture.

Often when tv is switched on the box doesn't do anything. unplug and restart and it may play all evening or just close and switch to freeview via ariel.

Tried new Hdmi lead, switched to another input, bought a new remote, which I have not linked to the tv volume / power button in case there is a conflict.

Had an engineer out friday who fitted a new box.

Guess what, no change!☹️

Any help would be greatly appreciated please.😀
