I cant watch/download From season 4 episode 5, episodes 1-4 are fine and episode 6 only 5 won't download without upgrading?

Just tried it myself and it's fine, I can't recall if it matters regarding the actual download but check the format you're downloading in and then try again. Do delete any episode 5 already downloaded first though.

You need to report it to viewer relations at viewerR@sky.uk I notice that episode 6 does have all 3 available.
