      <title>Paramount + signing in not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;hi i have the same issue as this below.... Please assist as i really wish to be able to use Paramount ±&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have already set up the access to paramount+ app and it worked fine. I went to access it today and the welcome screen confirmed my email account was visible. The box saying sign in with sky account was highlighted but when I pressed the button nothing happened. I could move down to the sign in with another account box and that selected ok, but I dont have another account so went back to log in with sky account but it still didn't register that I was pressing the ok button.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the issue with the major outage in January. my users were unable to access Paramount+ or got the message so I've left it for a few months. I've tried to try elsewhere, but I've reset everything I've logged out and when I go to login, I'm getting the same uh oh. There's been a problem message and unable to access Paramount+. Any help would be appreciated as I've spent literally hours on phone calls and emails and messages in January and I'm not doing it again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
