Got free Disney plus but now cannot access and asks for payment

We already activated free Disney plus , it shows on My sky subscriptions

but we can no longer access it , tried logging in .. asks us to choose a payment plan

spoke with sky for 2 hours , couldn't fix it

promised a call back .. nothing

any ideas ??

how was this resolved, as my sky is doing the same?. It appears my sky account is remembering my sisters previous Disney log in as the primary address to our TV/accoubt and not our email associated with the sky account. So it won't log in under us and keeps trying to send log in codes to my sisters Sky/Disney account. How do I amend this to have my email associated primary log in, logging out makes no difference as it keeps trying to send codes to my sister
