Can someone please help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rebooting the Sky box (unplug from the mains for a good 5 minutes) and refreshing apps are the standard first steps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seeing as you have done that, then there is only really rebooting the broadband router/hub and signing out, then back into Prime Video as further steps that you can try.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
