Sometimes Blurry picture on all apps and downloads are slow since software update

Last couple of days. Apps on my Sky Q box have been occasionally blurry when watching films and episodes of tv shows. HBO, Amazon Prime and Netflix.

Downloading shows are painfully slow compared to a few daws ago.
