I have Sky Essential package with a Puck. I dont like recordings going to Playlist and I want the old Sky box i think its a Sky Q. I am within my cooling off period still as I am a new customer. Do i need to upgrade to get Sky Q is it more expensive and how do i upgrade

@Jb559 you'll need to call Sky to invoke your right to cancel during your cooling off period, so I'd suggest getting a price for switching to Sky Q at the same time.

hi @Jb559

You should note that Essential TV that you have on SKY Stream is not available with SKY Q.

SKY Q Essentials does not contain SKY Atlantic nor Netflix - it is just the Free to Air channels with pause/record & we do not think it is available anymore to new customers

Thus you would probably need SKY signature (which itself does not include Netflix - although often bundled together) & needless to say more expensive than what you are currently paying
