&lt;P&gt;Was this a&amp;nbsp;&lt;U&gt;replacement&lt;/U&gt; main Sky Q box? If so you were meant to take the viewing card out of the faulty box before the courier took it away. In these circumstances you will need to contact Sky to order a replacement card which will be posted to you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This isn't something the Community Messaging Team can help with so you'll need to call Sky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Saying nothing when the automation (bot) kicks in sometimes gets you to an agent.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
