Spoke to Niki on Friday who was supposed to get back to me, but have not heard anything.
Ref: CRF10553087

in fact it's worse now, initially I couldn't access any ordinary TV programmes, could bring up the menu & message said programmes not available, but now after being advised to turn off sky Q box I cannot get Sky tv at all messages say Not programmed,

therefore can only watch ITVX BBC's I player, channel 4 & 5

@Tre11 I've moved your post to the Sky Q forum as you have a Sky Q box.

CRFs are processed manually by a back office team. The time taken to complete the CRF for your issue depends on the team's workload at the time.

By all means raise a complaint, but as it seems the issue you have is already being looked at, I suspect it won't expedite resolution.

hi @Tre11

That message is not from your SKY Q box but the TVs own tuner.

You need to make sure you select the HDMI input that your SKY Q box is connected to

I have tried all avenues but still cannot get

a signal to access my skyprogrammes, which

I was until Friday, at least I could get into sky , just couldn't access ordinary tv channels. Now I can't get into either

Unfortunately we must advise you that these groups are not a way of directly interacting with SKY Staff - we are just other customers who try to help and point people in the right direction.

That said we do have the ability to refer posts to a Staff Support team & I have now escalated your post to that SKY support team, who, hopefully, will be in touch.

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
