      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tonight some of my HD channels have reverted to SD, these include sky one, sky atlantic, sky witness and e4. How can I get them back to HD?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Its always worth starting with a reboot of the main Sky Q box, then once that’s back up and running do the same with any mini boxes if applicable -&lt;BR /&gt;~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby&lt;BR /&gt;~ switch the box off at the plug &lt;BR /&gt;~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug &lt;BR /&gt;~ follow the on screen instructions &lt;BR /&gt;~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds&lt;BR /&gt;~ press the &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":house:"&gt;🏠&lt;/span&gt; button&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Allow 5-10 minutes before things hopefully revert back to normal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You probably still have access to them but for some reason the 'Smart' switching of the EPG has flipped them&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try looking in&amp;nbsp; further down the channel list in the 800s&lt;/P&gt;
