      <description>&lt;P&gt;Virgin Media is my broadband provider and has given me free Netflix. I'm a long term customer but in a fairly new contract with Sky and have SkYQ (basic package) including Netflix which I pay for. I've rung SKY twice and can only answer to a robot. On my Sky Q contract, Netflix (or Ultimate TV as it's rather pompously called) is part of the 24 month contract and can't be removed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
