      <description>&lt;P&gt;Message says no hard drive. No recordings, no access to iplayer. UHD works on channel 41 despite message saying this service is not avaiable. Anyone have a number for Sky to talk to a person? Spoken to two Scottish robots so far. Have tried all resets.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
