Cannot get Disney plus

I went through all the many steps to activate Disney+ on my sky Q and then watched something. But when I try to log into Disney+ now it does not recognise me and asks me to create a new account.

Have Sky withdrawn Disney+ access. If not how can access it? (I'e tried all the instructions I can find)

How did you activate your Disney + account on Sky?

I tried a number of methods, took about an hour or more going back and forth with various numbers from the TV and Disneys website and at times Skys website.. It was so complicated I cant remember everything. It eventually worked but now dosen't.

I could not find any guidance on Skys website that worked.

If you in to "your products ";either on the my Sky or by loging in to your account on the Sky.com web site dose show you have Disney + in the list?

Yes I have it in my products but it wasn't actvated even though I have been watching it. I have reactvated it. Lets hope it stays this time
