Netflix & HBO Offer

I am in contract with my Sky Q package until June 2027. If I accept the Netflix & HBO offer will my contract be renewed for another 24 months. I don't want this to happen so will wait till I know what to do,

Thank you. I wasn't sure what to do. I already pay for Netflix but its only a small charge

@Chocydog if this is a Sky offer, and I've seen similar, I'd be very surprised if it didn't involve recontracting. Just way up the options, if you don't want to be tied in longer then, yes be cautious

HBO Ad supported tier you get free anyway.

The actual answer is no as taking up the Netflix & HBO offer, though the free tiers are part of your sky tv package at no extra cost you can activate them either on the various apps or in the my sky app and will have no effect on any minimum term. Even if you went for a higher tier and therefore have to pay extra subscription it taken by sky marketplaces and taken by debit/ credit card payment completely separate to you normal sky tv bill and will not even be shown on it. It might even taken on a different day to your normal sky tv bill. If you did go for a higher tier when activating you taken to second screen to give your payment details. Therefore the accepted answer in earlier post on here is wrong.

Sorry you are right with Netflix it only HBO max and Disney+ at moment is in the new deal. Netflix as you have corrected me has been around for a number of years of year and is not new. And as you say re part of your normal bill but I do believe you can have that on monthly roll over if you want at full list price. However I will comment that netlix is even the basic tier is not free to Sky Q subscribers but the basic tier with ads is add to you package under "ultimate tv pack " at £5,50 a month which is only about 50p cheaper than having Netflix direct on their web site. And if you have a boost though sky at the full list price and with ultimate tv pack in total is actually dearer by a couple of pounds than subscribing to the reverlant tier direct with Netflix
