      <title>Sky blaming ee and vice versa - help!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My internet connection is good with ee, however after tv (Samsung) has been in standby does not connect back to WiFi. Sky engineer came and blamed ee connectivity and said ee have to resolve - ee gave advice (switch off) but issue remains . &amp;nbsp;Any help welcome -&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The WiFi stays connected to the tv (and shows on the Samsung settings) but on sky tv it's showing as not connected to broadband. All other devices in the house have no problem with WiFi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Regardless of what the Samsung TV settings are saying as that will connect independently, you need to try resetting it via Sky Q.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you Sky box was not gong into standby as well &amp;nbsp;there is no way that just your tv going into standby would cause you to lose the internet connection on your Sky box if it was still on. There is a setting the Sky box settings to stop your sky box going &amp;nbsp;into standby when your tv dose. &amp;nbsp;And you will have to use your tv to put your tv ibans out of standby &amp;nbsp;but leave your Sky box on, This will sort you problem to existent as you Sky box won't lose internet &amp;nbsp;every time you put you tv into standby but your Sky box will still lose internet connection if you &amp;nbsp;actually put you skybox into standby so a proper solution is still required.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
