You have gone through all the usual troubleshooting steps that I am aware of.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The apps on Sky Q try their best, but it is fairly long in the tooth hardware these days. For many (who prefer app quality over remote control/one box &lt;SPAN&gt;convenience), the best mix is to leave Sky Q to do what it does best (recording and live TV viewing), and use another device for app viewing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
