Freezing software 350

My Sky Q box keeps freezing. Software version Q350. 000.12.00L (679jvlc). Hardware version. 32B12D.

I tried to turn my Sky Q box on this morning and it would not respond. This is happening every day. Sometimes it happens whilst I'm watching a programme. It just freezes.

also find sky box whirring uncontrollably at 3am each morning. Plus, messing with my mini connection all the resets.

clearly a software issue - how do I fix it? I've disconnected lan, changed power save mode.

Literally millions of other boxes will have the same software: as no-one else has posted I'd think it's much more likely to be an individual hardware problem, to be resolved by a swap-out.

Hi @DigiDumb If there was a software issue there would be a melt down of posts in the community, hundreds, if not thousands. If you feel you have a problem, I would report it to Sky.
