Mini box malfunction

Recent power cut 4 weeks ago.Since then no sky on minibox TV

Main Q box appears not to be connected to the internet router inspite of sky showing on tv.

I have rebooted both boxes

I have tried to reconnect to the router x5 at least but it refuses to connect inspite of the correct password being submitted.

If theres any more details you can share about the issue I would really appreciate it.
