I'm trying to bypass Sky's Automatic [removed] and talk to an expert. I found a number to ring but a human doesn't answer the phone and the Artificial [removed] doesn't understand what I say to it.

@Vivianoblivian You can't bypass it, you have to navigate it

stay on the line as long as possible and ignore any attempts from the bot to help and you will eventually get put in the queue for an agent

...although, even when you do get to talk to someone I doubt they'll fit your 'expert' expectation.

Hi @Vivianoblivian You will get a Sky advisor (working from a script), certainly not an expert. Your best bet is the community.
