You can purchase a new one from various supermarkets, Amazon and Argos. Or, follow the instructions on here and Sky should send you a free replacement:

If you need it quickly your local Asda (others as well) usually stock them.

Before you do, try repairing with the box but do replace the batteries first.

Meanwhile, if you have an android or Apple device with Sky Go you can possibly set up a virtual remote to control your Sky Q box. See this link which may help
