Preprogrammed Channel Change

Hello

Does anyone know if there is a way to programme Sky to change channels automatically during the day, please? We have Sky Q. My Mam is at home alone most of the day and cannot change the channels herself. So I am wondering if I can programme the TV / Sky Q box to change the channels automatically when one show ends and the next show is on another channel.

This is not possible on any Sky hardware.

Is it possible for her to use voice control perhaps?

Thanks for the suggestion. I appreciate it. We have tried that, but unfortunately she has trouble using the buttons on the remote.
