      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky q Box, green light, wifi good signal.&amp;nbsp; Getting the error 'Because of a technical issue, your download couldn't be completed' when I try to access a program on Sky Atlantic or films or any catch up for a while now, for a while.&amp;nbsp; I just can't get rid of this. I have rebooted router and box, I have reset settings and HD, nothing flags as wrong anywhere. Getting very frustrated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;One thing you can try is changing your DNS on the Q box Network Settings (might be in the installer menu) to 8.8.8.8&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think this error sometimes has something to do with the box not being able to find/lookup/contact some of the dynamic ad content servers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
