topic Paramount+ on SkyQ in Sky Q

Hi,

Recently, the Paramount+ app on my Sky Q box has been playing up.

It all opens fine, and I can search and select a program to watch. Sometimes I'll get to watch a few seconds before it starts to buffer and then I get an OOPS! message about my internet. Sometimes it goes straight to an ad and then to that.

Other streaming apps (Disney+, Netflix, YouTube) are all working fine.

This is on my main Q box. I've tried power cycling the Q box and my router.

Any pointers gratefully received!

Sadly, the Paramount+ is really poor in general, compared with the other streaming apps. (This is regardless of the hardware it's running on). I was really shocked how bad it was when they launched, many years after Netflix and Disney+, yet their app felt like using something from 8 years ago.

The only other thing you could do is a "refresh apps" on the SkyQ box to ensure you've got the latest version of everything.
