HBOMAX problem with profile page

I have been trying to fill in profile page on HBOMAX, the new freebie from Sky but it won't let me enter date of birth so I cannot get any further or watch programmes on this streaming channel.

Wondered if anyone else has a problem.

hi @paulinepp

it is a bit fiddly, you do not enter it with the numerical keys, you have to press the enter/select key (I think) which should bring up an onscreen numerical keyboard to navigate & select
