Since the engineer visit have you checked to see if any of the boxes are now in eco mode?

If you haven’t done since the engineer left it may be worth rebooting the main Sky Q box, then once that’s back up and running do the same with any mini boxes if applicable -
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button

Allow 5-10 minutes before things hopefully revert back to normal.

Hi I have several problems 1. Boxes shut off at 2:46am everynight despite not being in Eco mode (going on weeks) 2. Frequent no satellite or technical fault error messages on mini box requiring a full reboot to restore. 3 . Broken satellite dish was replaced last Saturday after having no service for days. But since then the mini box responsiveness is very sluggish and slow. I'm thinking after nearly 30yrs it's time to ditch the dish and cancel sky
