i have an engineer appointment booked for 2nd May. I cant seem to cancel it online, i did a live chat which lasted circa 20 mins last week to cancel......i have jsut received a whatsapp message ahead of my appointment on the 2nd (i do not want to waste any more time cancelling this appointment (again!) - but i dont want to be charged when an engineer turns up and is sent away.

thanks ive tried the link before and it just says to call. its quite frustrating given i had already cancelled using livechat - due to work its defficult to phone during the day - sky dont make things easy.
