      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've got an engineer booked for the 22nd May, why am I getting a returns label ? I don't understand&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it is working but flickers off/on some of the time- so should I be returning back the box? Please advise as it's a long month to be without sky box&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
