    <description>&lt;P&gt;Have had exactly same issue last 6 weeks contacted Disney + and said to contact Sky ' given up in the end and cancelled subscription.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if both Sky and Disney can't fix the issue and decide to pass you around it's a joke really . Shame as was a great app .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try to launch Disney+ I just keep getting error code 1026 (using Sky Q).&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;software up to date&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;refreshed apps&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;reset settings&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;power cycled main box and router&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;asked Disney+ help&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;still nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;it works on all other devices but will not start on Sky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyone else having similar issues?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We've just had this, tried updating app, upgrading sky q etc but nothing worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;went in instant chat with Disney. You have to put up with rigmarole of them asking to delete app etc. But just get them to refresh your IP address on their system. They did this for us and we stopped getting the 1026 error.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello All&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;More of a FYI than a complaint&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Been having an Error 1026 on Disney+ app for last week - I have factory reset box, updated software (mine is showing Q270.000.08) but sitll the same&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just contacted Disney+ themselves (as recommended by Sky) and this is seemingly a known issue at the moment and they are actively working on it - their chat person i got was very helpful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My problem wasnt solved tonight but added my name ot the growing list of people with the same error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue. I get error code 1026 when my stream box is connected to Sky Broadband. If I connect it to my phone using mobile data, problem goes away and I can access the app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all, I had this problem and managed to solve it!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;At first, I thought it was Sky's problem so I called their technical support and tried to debug it with them.&amp;nbsp; We tried everything but the error kept coming up on the Sky Q Disney+ app (but not on Disney+ apps on any other devices in the house eg iPad, iPhone, Mac, PC, etc.).&amp;nbsp; So Sky sent me a new Sky Q box, but that didn't help - same problem!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then I noticed on one of the message boards that someone was able to get the Sky Q Disney+ app to work if the Sky Q was connected to their mobile network but not their home broadband.&amp;nbsp; I tried that and the Sky Q Disney+ app did work when connected to my phone's hotspot (Vodafone 5G) but not with my home broadband (fiber)!&amp;nbsp; Once I did that, I called Sky again and they said to call Disney+.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So I called Disney's technical support.&amp;nbsp; They needed my house's public IP&lt;FONT size="2" color="#999999"&gt; [Removed]&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;and then they reset the Disney+ Sky Q app to work with that IP.&amp;nbsp; And it works!!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all, I had this problem and managed to solve it!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;At first, I thought it was Sky's problem so I called their technical support and tried to debug it with them.&amp;nbsp; We tried everything but the error kept coming up on the Sky Q Disney+ app (but not on Disney+ apps on any other devices in the house eg iPad, iPhone, Mac, PC, etc.).&amp;nbsp; So Sky sent me a new Sky Q box, but that didn't help - same problem!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then I noticed on one of the message boards that someone was able to get the Sky Q Disney+ app to work if the Sky Q was connected to their mobile network but not their home broadband.&amp;nbsp; I tried that and the Sky Q Disney+ app did work when connected to my phone's hotspot (Vodafone 5G) but not with my home broadband (fiber)!&amp;nbsp; Once I did that, I called Sky again and they said to call Disney+.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So I called Disney's technical support.&amp;nbsp; They needed my house's public IP&lt;FONT size="2" color="#999999"&gt; Removed &lt;/FONT&gt;and then they reset the Disney+ Sky Q app to work with that IP.&amp;nbsp; And it works!!&lt;/P&gt;
