I pay for Sky Signature,HD and Ultra HD at £50.50 per month

I get Disney + and HBO Max for free

Should I also get Netflix and Hulu for free as well?

Hulu is part of Disney+ so you will already have access to that (if you mean Hayu, that is coming in July).

Netflix requires the Ultimate TV add on.
