Shaky sky dish

My sky dish is shaking when the wind blows and it distorts my picture on all channels. There is no option in faqs to fix it and getting to talk to an engineer is impossible. How do I get someone to come a tighten up the fastenings? I am 77 and have Parkinson's and need human help, not a series of computer options with no solution.

Technically the dish ownership changes to the householder after installation. When you speak to the Accessibility Team or Sky by other means they can arrange an engineer but there may be a charge in the region of £65. It may be quicker to employ the services of a satellite company local to you at your own expense but get a quote first.
