Why won't it let me 'watch from start' anymore. I have tried different channels and restarted my sky q.

Unless I've missed a trick, that's dependant on having catchup available for that particular show.

@Emma577 is this all channels or only some if some can you tell us what channels they are

It is any sky channels that normally provide the watch from start option. Its actually a sky stream though not Q. I was messaging for my parents.

Ah, that makes more sense then. Someone needs to move this to the Stream forum then.

When you say you restarted your Q box, I'm guessing that it was the Stream box restarted then?
